Egg white scramble with crab meat and crispy red pepper

I had this little bit of lump crab meat to use up. This was excellent and the macros even better. Don't overlook Seafood it is low in calories and high in protein. We only mess it up with deep frying. I made this with ingredients on hand after my shoulder and chest day today. I was truly hungry and celebrating every bite 🍽

This was the last of my crab meat. It weighed 2.5 ounces so that's what's going in this scramble

1/2 cup of liquid egg whites more protein

Veggies and bacon bits why because I need flavor

Garlic powder about 1/2 tsp

Fresh ground pepper to taste

Heat up a non stick ceramic skillet, you cannot use cooking spray on these or the coating is destroyed.

When skillet is heated pour your eggs in, this was going to be an omelette but egg whites are too runny. A scramble it is

Keep agitating to prevent burning

Top with cheese and red pepper. The most reliable method is the scale not the measuring spoon
