Steps

Add dry ingredients to the sifted flour

Add butter to the flour and mix to get a fine crumb mixture.

Add sugar,eggs, flavour,water to milk and mix well.

Add the lemon zest and ginger, mix till well incorporated.

Add milk mixture to flour mixture and knead to get a soft pliable dough.
- 6
Allow to rest uncovered for 5 mins before cutting to desired shape.
- 7
Fry in hot oil and snack on.
