Steps

Prepare Sugar Syrup...
In a Pan Add Water, Sugar, Green Cardamom Mix well Being It to Boil and Cook Until Sugar is Dissolved. - 2
Add Lemon Juice, mix well and Set aside.

Prepared Khoya Stuffing....
In a Pot Add Khoya, Cream & Mix well and Cook On low flame until it melts (4-5 Mins). - 4
Add Sugar Mix well & Cook for 1-2 mins.

Add Chopped Almonds, pistachio and Desiccated Coconut Mix well and Let it Cool Completely.

Prepare Ghee Mixture....
In a Saucepan Add Ghee and Let it melt. - 7
Takeout in a bowl & refrigerator for 10-15 mins for until ghee coagulates.

Add Rice Flour, Corn Flour, baking powder & mix well until the mixture is creamy and Smooth & set aside.

Prepared Dough....
In a bowl Add All-Purpose Flour, Ghee and Mix well until it crumbles. - 10
Gradually add water & Knead until firm Dough is formed.

Take out 2 small dough & set aside for later use.

Grease Remaining dough with Ghee, cover and let it rest for 15-20 mins.

Take one reserved Small Dough, add red food colour&knead until food colour incorporated & desired Colour is Achieved, cover with cling film and set aside (cover for 15 mins).

Take 2nd reserved Small Dough, add green Food colour&knead until food colour incorporated & desired Colour is Achieved, cover with cling film and set aside (cover for 15 mins).

Removed Cling film for red&green dough, sprinkle dry Flour & roll out in oblong Shape with the help of rolling pin & let it rest for 15 mins.

Now take plain dough, sprinkle dry flour spread with the help of hands & roll out in oblong shape with help of rolling pin.

Apply water on one end of Dough, placed rolled green & Red Dough over plain dough with a little Distance.

Add & Spread Prepared Ghee mixture and start Rolling the dough in a log shape.

Then roll out with the help of hands in long log shape.

Cut 2 Inch of pieces of dough and Cover them with a clean kitchen Towel.

Take One Small Dough & cut in half from the center & flatten The Dough with the help of hand dust dry flour and roll out.

On one rolled Dough, place prepared Khoya ball in the center, apply water on the sides & placed another rolled dough over it & press gentely.

Now twist and Fold the sides of dough making a design (9-10).

In a work add ghee, let it melt & fry malai Khaja on very low flame until golden and Crispy. (8-10 Mins).

Add Malai Khaja in warm Sugar Syrup & soaked Them In to 3-4 Mins.

Garnish With Pistachios.
