Zlevanka is a traditional Croatian dessert. It's fast and easy. It's very rustic but extremely tasty. Literally translated it means to pour, because you just need to mix and pour all ingredients in a baking tray and bake them.

Preheat the oven to 250°C

Mix eggs, milk, olive oil, flour, salt, baking powder, 100g sugar in a bowl

In a separate bowl mix the walnuts, 40g sugar and rum
- 4
Pour half of the first mixture in a baking tray (you can use baking paper), then half of the walnuts mixture, then the rest of the first mixture, after that all of the walnuts mixture

Spoon in the jam to taste. Don't worry where to put it, it should be chaotic. The more the better

Cover with sour cream evenly.

Put it in the oven. Bake for 10 min(until it's rissen) then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for 15min.
The total baking time should be around 25min.
