Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgBoneless beef
  • 11/2 tbspGinger garlic
  • 2-3Black cardamoms
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • 1 tbspRed chilli flakes
  • 1 tspCrushed black pepper
  • 1 tspCrushed cumin
  • 1 tspCrushed coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  • 2Tomatoes medium
  • 5-6Green chillies
  • Coriander leaves a handful
  • 1/4 cupMint

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat with ginger garlic,salt and cardamoms.

    Cook till beef is tender and water dries up.

    Add in oil and all the spices.

    Bhoono well till meat is coated with masala.

    Roughly cut tomatoes into large chunks.

    Thickly slice the green chillies.

    Just before serving,add in tomatoes,green chillies,mint and coriander.

    Give it a good stir on high flame for 2 minutes.

    Serve with roti.
