Fresh okro soup
This is a recipe we use for our fresh okro soup .
Steps

Grind your garlic, ginger, daddawa and other spice in a motar

Get a clean pot suitable for the quantity of soup you want and rinse.

Place on stove, add palm oil, sliced onions and the grinded mix
- 4
Add in pepper mix and stir fry
- 5
When fried enough, pour in vegetable stock (recipe for another day 😄 remind me so I don't forget)

Add in spices and close pot lid

Dice or grate okro into fine smaller pieces

When stock is boiled,and ingredients are good to go, add in your already washed diced/grated okro and fried fish.

Allow to simmer for a while and drop off stove.

Serve with swallow of choice. Bon appetit 😋😍
