Ingredients

Serves 2 or 3 servings
  • 1.3 lbsthin-sliced beef steak (about 600 grams)
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1jalapeño pepper
  • 1/2white onion
  • 2 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinchdried oregano
  • 1 pinchblack pepper

    Slice the beef into thin strips and add to a skillet over medium heat with a splash of oil. Stir constantly until fully cooked.

    Slice the jalapeño and bell pepper into thin strips.

    Slice the onion into thin strips as well.

    Once the beef is cooked, add the jalapeño, then the bell pepper, and finally the onion. Stir well and cook for about 5 minutes.

    Add the Worcestershire sauce, oregano, and black pepper. Continue stirring and cook for another 5 minutes.

    That's it, your recipe is ready.

    Warm up tortillas.
