Kathiyawadi Lasaniya Batata

Pressure cook baby potatoes with water and salt for 4 whistles. Cool boiled potatoes..peel and keep.

Soak dry red chillies in 1/4 cup hot water for 10 minutes. Peel garlic cloves. Chopped tomatoin small pieces.

In mixer jar add garlic cloves, soaked dry chillies, chopped tomato, tumeric powder and dhania jeera powder salt. Grind to smooth paste. Keep aside.

In nonstick cooking pan add heat oil. Add boiled baby potatoes and saute for few minutes. Sprinkle salt, chat masala and garam masala. Mix well and keep aside.

In another cooking pan add heat oil. Add chopped onion slices. Saute till pinkish. Add grinded spicy garlic paste. Saute for 2 minutes or till oil separates. Add curd, salt and mix well.

Add sauted boiled baby potatoes. Mix well. Add and mix 1/2 cup water and cover vessel with lid. Cook for 2 minutes. Off the flame. Add 2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup (optional..as we like sweet and tangy).
Add chopped coriander leaves. - 7
Serve Relish Delicious Hot Kathiyawadi Lasaniya Batata garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
