  1. 2Amla
  2. 1 handfulcurry leaves
  3. 1 glasswater
  4. 1/8 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the seed from the gooseberry and chop roughly. Take the gooseberry, and curry leaves in a blender jar and grind them to a fine paste. Add a little water if needed.

  2. 2

    Now strain and press out the juice.
    Add 1 cup water and salt.

  3. 3

    Do a taste test and add water/salt
    to balance the tartness. Serve.
