To prepare gobi manchurian.. soak cauliflower florets in salt water for 10 mins.
In mixing bowl add finely chopped cauliflower and carrot. - 2
Add maida flour,salt to taste, baking soda. Mix well. Add little little water and make thick pakora batter.

Deep fry small pakoras in hot oil on medium low flame till light brown in colour.

To prepare spicy soya sauce... Add heat oil in wok. Add chopped onion, garlic, green chillies. Saute till brown in colour.

Add soya sauce,red chilli sauce and water, salt (and ajinomoto if using).

After one boil, add gobi manchurians. Stir occasionally until the sauce is absorbed and Gobi Manchurians are evenly coated.

Transfer it in serving plate. Garnish with chopped onion greens. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Gobi Manchurian.
