First time made perfect fish as restaurants,not broken,not smelly.....just because I coat over 2 time and then freeze,after taking out 75% cooken in aor fryer and 25% in medium deep oil just for good colour.

First time made perfect fish as restaurants,not broken,not smelly.....just because I coat over 2 time and then freeze,after taking out 75% cooken in aor fryer and 25% in medium deep oil just for good colour.
Steps

Mix tampora mix with cold water,add egg,sal and pepper.

Add Vinegar,SoySauce,Chilli Suce and Ginger Garlic Paste in fish filletes and cover with foil and put in refrigerator for 3 hours.

Now take fish pieces and dip in tampora mixture mix,roll in dry flour and repeat.

Freezer and use when you needed.

Now het oil and fry fish fillets from both sides until golden.

Fry Fries and serve with cream of tarter sauce and fries.
