Easy to bake, moist, dairy free and egg free chocolate chip cupcakes that can be enjoyed by the whole family

Seive the flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl

Whisk the water, oil, sugar, salt, lemon juice and vanilla in another bowl till well mixed

Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and fold in

Once mixed add in the chocolate chips

Pour the batter into cupcake tin with 12 moulds and fill3/4 full
- 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clean
