Wash and chop all the vegetables keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and onion fry it few minutes. Now add green and red chillies sauté it few minutes. - 2
Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté it well.

Then add capsicum and carrot one by one mix it well. Sauté it until vegetables soft.

Now add into pepper powder and salt mix it well.
Finally add in crumbled paneer and chopped coriander leaves mix it well and turn off the flame. - 5
Paneer mix transfer into the bowl keep aside.
Take samosa Patti and spoon some filling in the top corner. Fold it in triangles and keep doing this till it come to the end.

Mix flour with water to form a paste. Use this paste to seal edges

Deep fry in hot oil till golden and crispy.

Then remove from oil.
Paneer samosa is ready serve hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
