Whisk together ponzu and sesame oil. Add smashed garlic cloves.

Marinate chicken, peppers, and onions in soy sauce mixture overnight.

Drain and discard marinade.

Drizzle enough vegetable oil to coat chicken and vegetables. Add salt and crushed pepper flakes.
