Mix dry ingredients such as flours and all whole seeds. Add curd, pizza seasoning and water to make the batter. Rest the batter for 20 minutes.

Add the grated veggies, chopped onion and curry leaves salts and turmeric powder. Mix well.

Grease a non-stick pan with oil and butter. Add a ladle of batter. Press chopped tomatoes on each chila -pizza.

Cook both sides and serve hot with mint leaves chutney.
