Methi Gond ladoo

Take a kadai and roast the methi seeds. Remove it and keep it aside. Allow it to cool completely.

Now add ghee and roast the gond. It will become big and double in size and crispy. Keep it aside.

Roast the coconut and poppy seeds simultaneously.

Take a mixture grinder and make smooth powder of methi and gond separately.

Now add ghee again and roast the flour till aromatic and golden brown. Once the flour is done, add saunth powder, coconut, poppy seed, methi powder and gond. And finally add the finely chopped dry fruits. M8x well. Remove the mixture in a big thali.

Now in the same kadai add ghee and jaggery. Allow it to melt.

Once it's melted add it to the mixture kept in the thali. Now slowly mix it as it is too hot. Take a spatula mix it then when it gets little cold make balls with your hands

Your winter spl, healthy ladoo is ready.
