  2. 1 tablespoonground bathua leaves (about 10 grams)
  3. Salt, to taste
  4. 1/2 teaspoonblack salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  6. 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  8. 1/2 teaspoonghee (clarified butter)

    Whisk the yogurt in a bowl until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of ground bathua leaves.
