Ingredients

25 - 30 minutes

  1. 8 slicesSmoked beef
  2. 3Large eggs
  3. 250 gGrated cheese
  4. 450 gDried fettuccine
  5. 170 gBaby spinach
  6. 500 gButton Mushrooms
  7. 600 mlMilk
  8. Salt & Pepper
  9. 10 mloil

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare a large pot of water and milk to the boil, followed by the fettuccine.

    Wait approximately 10 minutes or untul cooked to your taste..

    Meanwhile, wash and cut the mushrooms until cleaned well

  4. 4

    Cut the smoked beef, prepare a pan, put in oil, smoked beef, and the mushrooms. Cook until well done

    Beat together the eggs and cheese until well mixed, then add the smoked beef and the mushrooms, set aside.

    Pour the egg mixture into the pot with spinach and stir until well mixed

    Tada!! Serve and season with salt, pepper and springkling of extra cheese
