Mix the flour and salt in a deep bowl. And dig a hole in the middle.

Add olive oil, milk, water, instant yeast and sugar into the hole and start kneading.

Cover it with a lid and leave to ferment for 1 hour in a warm place.

Cut the onions and peppers into small cubes, add to a deep bowl. Add crushed walnuts, sesame, tomato paste, olive oil, salt and spices and knead by hand.

Remove the gas by kneading the dough again. And place the dough the way you want on the baking tray.

Spread the onion and pepper paste on the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
