Ingredients

5 minutes
  • 1 cupheavy cream (250 ml)
  • 2 tablespoonspowdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract (optional)
  • Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, or any other berries you like

    In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until it thickens and forms soft peaks, about 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag. Place the washed berries in a bowl and top with the whipped cream.

  3. 3

    Enjoy right away!
