Besan chila
Steps
- 1
Make a semi-thick fluffy batter with all the ingredients mentioned above excluding the last one. However, water should be used according to the requirement. Cover and keep aside until use. Let it stand for at least 20 minutes.
- 2
Heat a nonstick pan or a tawa Ona medium-high heat. Add a ladleful of the batter onto it. Spread it a little bit as you do for a Dosa. Drizzle some Oil all over from the sides and a bit in the center as well. Cover and cook for a minute or two. Flip it over and cook on the other side too.
- 3
Follow the same for all the Cheelas or the Pancakes until all the batter is used up. That's it. Serve right away with your favourite dip. Enjoy!
