  • Corn
  • Cajun Spice
  • Lemon(sweet and tangy) /lime(Super tangy)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Steps

    Steam corn for 11 minutes

  2. 2

    Zest the lemon/lime, squeeze the most of lime/ lemon juice

  3. 3

    Make a marinda from salt, pepper and cajun spice

  4. 4

    Dip the lemon fruit part in marinde, rub it on corn

  5. 5

    Chargrill or cook on coals 2-3 minute
