Ingredients

1 bunchparsley
1/2 headromaine lettuce
1 poundtomatoes (about 450 grams)
1 poundcucumbers (about 450 grams)
1 headgarlic
2 leavesgreen cabbage
3 leavesred cabbage
1 bunchspinach
1 buncharugula
1 bunchpurslane
1medium onion
1 bunchgreen onions
1 bunchwatercress
1radish
1 cupfine bulgur (about 160 grams)
1/2 cupolive oil (about 120 ml)
1 teaspoonsalt
2lemons

Steps

Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.

Finely chop all the ingredients.

Soak the bulgur ahead of time. Mix the olive oil, salt, and lemon juice, then add to the chopped vegetables and mix well. Enjoy!
