Cut the onions into julienne, cut the tomatoes into large cubes.

Heat the butter and olive oil in the pot.

Add the onions and garlics and cook until soft.

Add the meat cut into large cubes to the pot. Cook until the meat releases its juices.

Add vinegar, paprika pepper powder, cumin and water, and mix it.

Adding the tomatoes, salt, pepper and thyme, and mix it.

Boil for 1 minute and close the lid of the pot.

Cook on the lowest heat for 2 hours until the meat is soft.
