Heat oil / ghee in a pan & fry turn by turn all veggies potatoes 🥔 purple yam cauliflower florets onions 🧅 & bread 🍞 pieces
Put whole spices tadka in ghee / oil then add masala fry for some time ; add all spices in yogurt 🍦 &mix it cook till oil separates add little water & put all fried veggies except bread - 2

Mix it nicely; check the seasoning add fried cashew & put little water & add fried 🍞 pieces keep aside & start layering

Grease big bowl keep tejpaata on bottom of bowl 1 layer Rice then veggie tomatoes 🍅 chopped coriander & sprinkle garam masala onto it make two three layers top with saffron milk

Cook this on low flame to give it a dum right before serving - takes 10 to 12 mins on low flame on the lowest gas
