Measure Rolled or Quick-cooking oats.

Put the oats in the blender or food processor.
You can make multiple batches, but careful to not overfill your blender or food processor past half-way with oats. - 3
Grind the oats on high speed until turning into a fine flour (approx 1 min). Extend the grind time if you see any larger flakes of oats.

You can store the oat flour in an air-tight container in a cool place for up to 3 months. FYI: 1 cup (250 ml) of the Oat flour is 120 g.
