Children or Grownups!!everyone loves french fries.Fries are eaten globaly everywhere in world with different names or in different shapes or cooked via different techniques.there are even shops that serves only fries.Fries are common as snack or side dish in lunch or dinner and usually top ups the menu cards.there are loads of recipes for this lovely snack served with different sauces or seasonings.here is my version of spice fries, a simple and flavourable dish

2large potatoes
1/2 cupcornflour
1/2 tspsumac
1/2 tsporegano
1/2 tspzaatar
1/2 tsppaprika
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Steps

Peel and wash potatoes under running water thoroughly. Cut them in fries with 1/2 inch thickness.

Add sumac,salt, oregano,zaatar, paprika in cornflour and mix well.

Pet dry fries and add in cornflour. Coat them in dry ingredients well.

Deep fry fries in hot oil at medium -high flame till they are golden brown.

Enjoy spice fries with ketchup and mayonnaise 😋😋
