Ingredients

  • Half kg palak,(spinach)
  • Half kg gobhi,(cauliflower)
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tspZeera powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 5 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut vegetables

    Cut onions and fry add ginger garlic paste after few minutes add salt.chilli, turmeric cook few minutes

    When curry is ready add vegetables

    Cook well on few minutes cover it.after some time vegetable become soft off the stove

    Serve with rice.
