Steps

In a pan add oil,once the oil is heated add hing,mustard & cumin seeds and let it splutter.

Then add the Chopped green chillies. And sautee it for about a min.

Then add the chopped spring onion leeks, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,sugar and give it a mix

Then add gram flour and cook it for about 3 to 4 min.Until the gram flour is roasted.

Once done turn off the flame and serve it roti or paratha
