Ingredients

  • 4 pcSquare pav
  • 1 pcOnion
  • 1 pcTomato
  • 1/4 cupCapsicum
  • 2 tbspBoiled Corn kernels
  • 1/2 cupCabbage
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 CupCoriander
  • 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tspCumin coriander powder
  • 1/8 tspTurmeric powder
  • as requiredSalt to taste
  • 1 tspPavbhaji Masala
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1-2 tbspButter
  • as requiredKetchup to serve

Steps

    Heat butter on a tawa. Saute finely chopped onion tomato salt.Now Add finely chopped capsicum ginger garlic paste.
    Now take 1/4Cup water and mix cumin coriander powder turmeric powder red chilli powder pav bhaji masala. Mix on a tawa mixture. Lastly add coriander shredded cabbage boiled corn kernels and lemon juice.Mix properly. And mash with Bhaji masher.Cook ona slow flame. Now take masala mixture on a tawa border. And some mixture in middle.

    Cut pav from middle and keep on a masala.Apply butter on another side.and turn pav on another side to roast. Like this way make all masala pav from mixture. And transfer in a plate.

    Tasty Masala pav is ready to serve. SERVE HOT. WITH KETCHUP.
