Ingredients

30 minutes
1 serving
  1. 2small packs of noodles
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. Smoked Togo panla fish
  4. 2 tablespoonsVegetable oil
  5. 4scotch bonnet
  6. Carrot
  7. Spring onion
  8. 1 handfulpumpkin leaves (cut)
  9. Green beans
  10. Tomato (optional)
  11. Noodles seasoning

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    In a small clean pot add water to boil add your noodles parboil for 30 seconds

  2. 2

    Remove from pot and sieve

  3. 3

    In a clean fry pan add your oil
    Diceed or grounded scotch bonnet and tomatoes allow your sauce to fry for 30 seconds remove the bones your fish and add the noodles seasoning

  4. 4

    Allow the fish to soak the sauce then add your noodles and a little water

  5. 5

    Allow the noodles to cook in the sauce you will starting stirring

  6. 6

    Add the veggies and pumpkin allow to cook for another 1 minutes

  7. 7

    Serve with your favorite drink
