Bathua Aloo Ki Kachori

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, and bathua puree mix it well properly. now add little by little water and knead a semi-soft dough and cover the plate and rest for 10 min. Keep aside.

For stuffing:-
In a mixing bowl add boiled mashed potato, onion, salt, red chili powder, coriander leaves, and green chili mix it well. now stuffing is ready. - 3
Now after 10min.knead for dough now take a small portion and make a round shape and little oil on the rolling base and roll it. pinch a small lemon-sized ball Take 1 tbsp of prepared stuffing and place it on the flattened dough. Lift the dough from all sides and close it nicely giving the dough a round shape. Press the stuffed ball gently and flatten it with your hands. With the help of a rolling pin, flatten it to form a puri size.

Now fry it on a high flame and flip it on both sides.Bathua Aloo Kachori is ready.
