Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsbutton mushroom
  2. 200 gmspaneer
  3. 2onions finely, chopped
  4. 2tomatoes finely chopped
  5. 4green chillies
  6. 2string curry leaves
  7. 4 tbspoil/ ground nut oil
  8. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  9. 1 tspchilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 2 tspcoriander powder
  12. For pepper masala
  13. 2 tbsppepper corn
  14. 1 tbspfennel seed

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and chop all the vegetables and keep them aside.
    Take a mixer jar add pepper and fennel seed make fine powder keep aside.

    To make the mushroom paneer pepper fry in a large wok or a Kadai or a deep pan preheat the oil over medium heat.

    Add the sliced onion, sliced green chilies, ginger, and garlic paste and saute until the onion softens and turns slightly brown. Stir in the curry leaves

    Once the onions start to brown, add tomato and stir it well. Then add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.mix it well.

    Keep stirring intermittently and add 1/2 cup water and close the lid cook it few minutes.

    Now open the lid add mushroom, paneer, and pepper masala mix it well close the lid and cook until the mushroom is soft-cooked, open the lid and stir on medium heat until the moisture evaporated to make it dry.

    Finally, mushroom paneer pepper fry is ready to serve hot with rice, chappathi, roti, and enjoy
