Take besan add 3 tbsp milk, 3 tbsp ghee and mix well. Keep aside for 10 min.

Then again mix it and sieve the mixture for a coarse texture. Add ghee to kadhai & roast coarse besan on medium flame till golden brown. When roasted lastly add cardamom powder in besan

On other hand take sugar, add water and boil it. Make 1 string for sugar syrup.. check it whether 1 string came or not. Add yellow food colour. Pour the sugar syrup into roasted besan. Mix it well.
After 5 min pours the mixture on greeced plate. Then add chopped almonds, pistachio, magaj seeds to it. - 5

Cut Mohan thal in the shape you like. Let's set it for 2 hours or more as required. Mohanthal is ready to Serve.
