This is very different chaat then the regular chaat we make...
Steps

Soak chickpeas overnight.

Next day, boil chickpeas with spices, ginger garlic and 1 onion till tender.

Blend together tomatoes, half of green chillies and coriander into a smooth paste.

Add blended mixture and tamarind to the chickpeas.

Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 6
Add in chaat masala, onion, green chillies, coriander and papri.
- 7
Serve straight away.
