Ingredients

  • 12sweet Pumpkin flowers
  • 4 tbs.Gram flour
  • 2 tsp.Rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp.Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp.Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp.Poppy seeds

    Clean the Flower & wash it well.

    Mix gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt, poppy seeds & 1 tsp. Oil. Then add water & make a smooth batter.

    Heat oil in kadai. Coat the flower with batter & fry both side till golden in medium to low flame. Serve it as a snacks or Rice & Dal.
