  • 1 kgClams
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 3 tbspfinely chopped garlic
  • 3chili padi
  • 4 stalkscurry leaves
  • Parsley leaves (optional)
  • 1 tbspchili flakes
  • 1 tbsppaprika powder
  • 200 mlcooking cream
  • 200 mlfull cream milk
  • 1 tbspblack paper powder
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbspchicken stock powder
  • Sugar, salt and paper to taste

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Fry butter, garlic, chili padi & curry leaves until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Add chili flakes & paprika.

  3. 3

    Pour cooking cream & milk.

  4. 4

    Add clams

  5. 5

    Add black pepper, garlic powder, chicken stock powder/cube & sugar.

  6. 6

    Cover pot for 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Taste and adjust the seasoning.
