Ingredients

60 minutes
serves 4 servin
  • 1 cupfresh malai
  • 1 cupmilk powder
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 cupsmaida(all purpose flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp orange essence
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 4 tbsp tutti fruiti
  • 1 tsp ghee

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    In a mixer jar add malai, milk powder, sugar.blend to thick batter. If required add some milk.

    Sieve dry ingredients twice. Gradually add to wet ingredients. Grease mould with ghee. Add orange essence mix well

    Preheat the thick bottom pan. Pour mixture in mould.Add tutti fruity on the top.

  4. 4

    Bake for 45 minutes. Allow it cool down. Cut it and enjoy
