#OMN I have this raw tofu in my freezer for quite a long time. I woke up yesterday thinking of what to cook for breakfast so I just decided to make this. It’s so delicious and easy to make

Firstly, smash your raw tofu (awara) and break 5 eggs then you add in your seasoning, curry, pepper mix and onion and mix it very well

Get your white leather or zip lock leather and add in the mixture into it. Then place it in the pot, add water and cook for 15-20minutes (just the way you cook your moi moi).

Once it’s cooked bring it down and cut it into your desired shape.

In a bowl break 1 egg and beat. Put your oil on the fire and fry the tofu by dipping it first in the egg then the oil. Until golden brown and enjoy
