Take a bowl of gram flour and mix all the spices.Mix water in the same bowl and make the batter.Take garlic, green chili, yellow mustard seeds and grind it, again add chopped tomatoes in the same jar and take a whirl around to get a paste of spices.Heat a pan and add bay leaf, red chili and after 2 minutes add paste of spices.Let it cook for 5 minutes, add mustard powder and salt and let it boil.Take the batter of gram flour and with the help of spoon form the shapes as shown in the image.

Sear it from both the sides and fold it.Cut and prepare the shapes.Add these pieces into the gravy and cook it for 2 minutes.Serve it with boiled rice or chapati.
