Ingredients

  • 300 g (1 1/2 cups)sugar
  • 210 g (1 3/4 cups)self raising flour
  • 65 g (2/3 cup)cocoa powder
  • 1 tspbicarbonate of soda
  • Pinchsalt
  • 120 g (1/2 cup)milk
  • 120 g (1/2 cup)veg oil
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 3eggs
  • 3bananas, mashed

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry together in a bowl, then add all wet. Mix together with a spatula until all the dry is incorporated into the mixture

    Oil the tin then dust with flour. Add the mixture and cook at 170oC for 1hr

    Serve with a dusting of icing sugar
