Slice onion, tomatoes, curry leaves, green chilli.

Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the heats add oil, once the oil heats add jora, once Jira crackle add bay leaf, Elaichi, cloves. Then add onion, green chilli, tomatoes, kaju, ginger garlic paste. Once onion becomes brown add tomatoes. Add salt, turmeric, mix it. Keep the stove in low flame. Close it. Cook until it cooked.

Then add soaked rice, mix it, add 2 glasses of water. Put for 3 whistles. Remove it after 10 minutes. Take it into a plate and serve hot spicy kaju biryani.
