In a kadai, put ghee, ajwain, hing
Once crackles, add in ginger chili paste, saute then add hara dhaniya and saute, add water and give it a good boil - 2
After it boils for a good 2-3 minutes, add in aata and stir it, it may get soak all the water and become rough, or if you find a little paste sort then add more aatta

Put off the flame and transfer it to a thali or parat

On cooling, knead well taking a little wheat aatta and ghee
Knead it well - 5
Make roti out of it by cooking on tawa first and then on flame

Serve with ghee coated over it along with jaggery
