Steps

In a bowl, add your beans and soak for 5mins. Strain and gently pound to remove the black eye. Wash the beans until the skin is washed up.

Add to a blender the beans, peppers, garlic, onion, water and blend till smooth.

Pour the batter in a bowl and add palm oil and veg oil (both in small qty), seasoning cubes, crayfish, warm water and stir very well. The batter shouldn't be too watery or watery.

Taste for salt and add if needed. Grease your container and pour the batter to half of the container.

Steam until it's completely cooked. Serve with your fried palm oil and yaji. Enjoy
