For Dough, In a big bowl take flour, salt and oil, add water and knead a soft dough.

Wash and grate cauliflower, also crush onion in a food processor, add finely chopped Coriander leaves and green chili.

Add salt and leave it for 10 minutes.

Squeeze all water using muslin cloth.

Transfer it in a plate and add chat masala, garam masala powder, chili powder, turmeric powder and mix well.

Make medium size balls from dough and fill the dough balls with stuffing.

Seal the edges and flatten with hand, then roll out carefully with rolling pin.

Cook it from both sides on tawa with using oil or ghee.

Serve hot gobhi pyaz paratha with dollop of butter, green chutney and red chili chutney.
