Methi matar malai stuffed paratha

For stuffing take a pan add 2 tsp of ghee in it and cook a peas for 5-7 min and then let's it cool down then grind it

Now take a same pan add oil in it then asafoetida and ginger green chilli paste and cook it for 30-40 sec on low flame

Now add red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix

Then add besan and mix it and roast it 4-5 min

Then add grinded peas and cook for 3-4 min

Then add amchur Powder, garam masala and salt and mix it

Now off the flame and add coriander leaves in it and mix it and keep a side our stuffing is ready

Now take methi wash it and chopped it then tak a pan add 2 tsp ghee and cook methi for 5-7 min and off the flame

Now take a big bowl add wheat flour and besan in it

Then add methi that we cooked and coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and malai in it and mix it

Now add water and make a soft dough

Now take little little aata and make a roti of it and stuffed a peas masala that we made

And pack it and repeat the process make a roti with the help of roller

Heat the pan add put Partha on it and cook it both size adding ghee on it
