First wash proper & boil in a pan till well cooked. Remove the seed and cut into pieces.

Now in a pan add oil, when heated add hing & mustard seeds. After cracked the seeds add finely chopped onion.

Satue it 2 min, now add coarsely grate ginger & garlic. Roast it again 2 min. Now add dry spices. Green chilli pieces also add in it.

When all ingredients mix together proper, add amla pieces in ready masala. Cooked it for 2 minutes after cover with lid.

If required add some water in it. When open it add garam masala & sugar in it. Leave it for 2 min more on flame.

Now it ready for eat. Delious & healthy sabji can serve with rice or roti. So easy & quick prepare dish.
