Steps

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped green mirchi just saute, add onions.when becomes transparent add tomatoes.

Cook until mashy after adding tomatoes & other masala spices.Then add chopped capsicum combine well.

Now add roasted baingan mix well with the help of ladle.Cook for another 2-3 min. Turns off the flame 🔥

Transfer to a serving bowl garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
