Spinach and corn curry with garlic tempering

Heat oil in a pan,add green chilli,garlic and onion. Saute.Add spinach and cook for 5 min.Let it cool and grind.

Heat 1 tb.spoon.oil in a pan,add bay leaf,clove,cumin,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.Add tomato puree and cook for 3-4 min.or until the spices release oil.

Add spinach and 1 cup water.Cook for 3-4 min.,then add sweet corn.Cover and cook it for 5 min.

Heat ghee,add garlic and whole red chilli,pour over the spinach curry.Your delicious spinach and corn.curry is ready to serve.
