Heat ghee in a kadhai, add onion and cook till turns golden brown.

Add green chillies and mix.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add this beaten eggs in kadhai and mix continuously.

Keep stirring until they are scrambled well.

Switch off the flame and serve with Paratha or chapati.
